2008 SUMMER CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

  1. Please complete each step in order. We are gathering different types of information, some with variable costs, so we have broken registration into a few steps to make it clearer for our registration personnel.

STEP 2 - SELECT YOUR REGISTRATION FEE - Pre-registration rate effective July 1st-31st.
After July 31st, you must register on-site at the conference.
