Repertoire and Standards - Children's Choirs Dear friends of choral music-On behalf of ACDA-PA I’d like to welcome you to the Children’s R&S page. I am excited and honored to be your representative for Children’s Choirs throughout the Commonwealth.Please take advantage of the multitude of offerings at the 15th annual state conference, August 2-4 at Penn State. This year’s theme is appropriately titled “Legends Among Us”. The headliners include numerous staples in the choral arena including Children’s Choir composers/conductors Ruth Dwyer and Jim Papoulis. The Elementary Honor Choir, under the direction of Mrs. Dwyer, will open the conference followed by the Student-Director Honor Choir , under the direction of Dr. Lawrence Kaptein.
