1. Is housing available at the conference?
On-campus air-conditioned housing at LVC is available through registration for the conference for adults. Minors are not permitted to stay in the dorms. The fee is $32/person/night, and occupants must provide their own bedding (extra-long twin), towel, and toiletries.
Additionally, there is a block of rooms reserved at the Hampton Inn and Suites Hershey 749 E. Chocolate Ave. Hershey, PA 17033. The rate is $179.00 (11% tax not included). Friday, July 3, 2026 is the deadline for securing a room at the conference rate at which time the rooms will be released for general use. The front desk phone number is (717) 533-8400.

2. Can I attend the conference AND sing in the Choir For All?
Yes! Please register/pay for the conference online and then email Carlos Casilla-Nova ([email protected]) to let him know you will also participate in the Choir for All. If you register for the conference, there is no additional fee to sing in the Choir for All, but you must email Carlos in advance so we can provide you with music.
3. Are any meals included in the conference?
Yes – dinner on Sunday and lunch on Monday is included in the conference. No breakfast is provided available for those staying on campus. There are some options within walking distance—check our Ancestor Coffeehouse and Crêperie!
4. What if I have special dietary needs?
Special dietary needs can be sent to our Conference Chair, Conner Newkam-Ulrich ([email protected]).
5. Are reading packets included in the conference fee?
Yes. All attendees will receive reading packets upon check-in.
6. Is parking available nearby?
Yes, parking is readily available near the Chapel and Blair Music Center.
7. Is ACDA-PA After Hours happening this year?
YES! Monday evening we will be at Rotunda Brewing Company and we may have a new After Hours event on Sunday as well! Check back for updates.
