Undergraduate Conducting Competition

For 2022, the competition has been replaced with a masterclass incorporated into the summer conference.  Click on the "Conducting Masterclass" page under the Summer 2022 option of the "Conferences" menu for more information on how to participate.

WHAT

• A conducting competition for current PA undergraduate students
• Participants will conduct two works
• Participants will be scored by three judges utilizing a common rubric

AWARDS
First Place: $200
Second Place: $100

ELIGIBILITY

• Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at a Pennsylvania College or University
• An ACDA member as of the time of the competition
• Nominated by your conducting professor who must be a current ACDA member
