The following information was sent out to active ACDA members from the national office in Oklahoma. In the event that your membership has expired, you may not have received this message. Take note of the changes to the ways logging into www.acda.org will change in the coming weeks.
ACDA Launching a New AMS We are very excited about our transition to iMIS, a new association management system (AMS) for ACDA. What is That? It is basically a new database, with greater capabilities to link information and get to better know our members. It will allow us to provide you a different level of member services - and will update our log-in systems to be much closer to the ease with which you log-in to your other organizations and businesses. iMIS Launches September 5! You may not see much change to the website (acda.org) right away, but it will have a totally new back-end. When We Launch On the morning of September 5, you, along with all current ACDA members, will receive an email at the primary email address you have listed with us. That email will tell you:
In preparation for that launch, our current database will be down September 1-4, four complete days. You should be able to access the website itself, but you will not be able to log-in, update your member information, or renew your membership. Prepare Now! Now is the time to log-in to acda.org and make sure that your primary email address is listed correctly. (Hint: It is the address at which you are receiving this message.) To update the address, once you log-in at acda.org, click on "Update Info" in the upper right-hand corner. We are here to help!
